Table 3 lists only the 'out-of-syllabus' word forms that occur for the first time in the document, per chapter or unit.
This table, too, is useful for making up pre-reading vocabulary study lists. Where vocabulary is concerned, it also gives a good indication of the weighting of linguistic challenge and learning tasks throughout the text.
